Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return or exchange the item.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused diamond painting kit in its original packaging, ensuring all drills, canvases, and tools are included and undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned kit, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
